Fee                                      12–15% of material cost

Late Penalty                    2% per week overdue   

Rush Fee                           3% for 24-hour delivery 

• 3–5 day repayment window post-draw 

• Lien rights retained until repayment 

• Personal guarantee required for first    

  time borrowers 

• Must show draw schedule & expected release date
